President, OTC Richwood Valley Campus
Cliff Davis has served as an administrator at Ozarks Technical Community College System in Springfield, MO since 2004. He currently serves as President of the OTC Richwood Valley Campus. Previously, he served as President of the OTC Table Rock Campus and Vice Chancellor for Advancement | Student Affairs | Strategic Planning, as well as the Executive Director of the OTC Foundation. Along with assisting the OTC Chancellor with system-wide efforts, Cliff supervised 75 full-time and 100 part-time employees in the following departments:

He also serves an integral role in governmental relations efforts at the local, state and federal level, leading planning and lobbying efforts that strive to meet the best interests of the College. As the Executive Director of the OTC Foundation, he and his team pursue funding necessary to provide students with grants, scholarships and facilities conducive to the expectations of the College and area communities.
Before joining Ozarks Technical Community College, Cliff served as the Assistant to the Vice President for Student Affairs and the Assistant to the President | Director of Governmental Relations at Missouri State University. Prior to his employment at Missouri State, he served as the Vice President of Community Development | Director of Leadership Springfield for the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce.
Cliff earned a Doctor of Education in Instructional Leadership with an Emphasis in Higher Education Administration from Lindenwood University. He also graduated from Missouri State University with a Master of Arts in Communication and a Bachelor of Science in Communication.
During the 2014/2015 academic year, Cliff serves as Chair of the Presidents/Chancellors Council for the Missouri Community College Association (MCCA), representing all 20 of Missouri’s Community Colleges.
